Two years ago, my wife and I completed the building of our retirement home. One of the features that we felt was crucial was a security system because the home would not be occupied full time for a few years, until we completed our retirement and sold our home of 20+ years. We became aware of Choice Security through the electrical contractor involved in the construction. I met with Brent Gerl, the owner, and we discussed our needs, installation times and costs. Because we were early in the construction, everything was wired very easily. Brent made sure that everything was in place prior to the drywall work and then installed the sensors after it was completed. When the door work was done, those sensors went in. Everything went very smoothly. The system has been working well. We have not had problems with false alarms. The one problem that we had was a clock issue on the control panel and Brent fixed that very easily. We have been quite satisfied with Choice Security.

We have a security system for our family lake home in New Lisbon, WI. As a vacation home, it is essential that we have a properly functioning security system. For the last several years, our system has been malfunctioning... low battery signals causing it to beep, motion sensors going off at random times- dispatching police, etc. Brinks has only contacted Midwest Securities to come out and handle the issues that we were having. After several failed attempts by this company, I finally thought of Brent (who initially installed the alarm system). I made Brinks call Choice Security to see if they would come out and take a look at the system. Thankfully, Brent accepted and came out to install a new panel. He is timely, professional, personable, and knows his security systems. He asked many questions prior to coming out so that he had a better sense of what was going on. He also made sure the system was 100% working and communicating with the security company before packing up all his stuff. Thank you Brent! I wish I had thought to call you 2 plus years ago! You will be our go to from now on!
